A concept that was born through our clients creative lifestyle. She calls herself “flexitarian” and that’s exactly what she wanted to bring. A philosophy that transcends food and is rooted in the balance between health, respect and pleasure without guilt.

Designing the logo
The logo embodies a perfect balance, skillfully uniting thin and thick outlines to create a harmonious visual flow. The color palette juxtaposes a serene light blue with a vibrant red—both hues symbolizing balance in Japanese culture, adding depth and meaning. The custom serif typography exudes elegance and sophistication, reflecting the refined quality of dishes the owner aspires to serve. At its heart, the accented “A” serves as a focal point, symbolizing a gathering place—a destination where this philosophy of harmony and excellence comes to life.
Crafting the brand
In crafting this brand, we set out to capture both the owner's elegance and her playful spirit. The color palette played a crucial role in conveying this balance, with hues that reflect the brand’s unique mix of sophistication and fun, much like the ‘flexitarian lifestyle’ and the variety of dishes guests can expect here. With a younger demographic—median age around 25—it was essential for the brand to feel fresh and current. When designing illustrations and branded elements, we prioritized staying on trend, aiming for a timeless quality that would resonate today while retaining lasting appeal.
Creating the website
The primary goal of this website’s first phase was to generate excitement and anticipation for the launch. We kept the design minimal, aiming to make it feel fresh and new rather than overly established. We also wanted to avoid overwhelming visitors with too much information. Research showed that approximately 83% of users primarily wanted to see easy way to make reservations, menu and some sort of dish visual. With this in mind, we prioritized a streamlined layout featuring striking imagery, a clear menu, and a straightforward reservations tab—giving users exactly what they’re looking for and sparking interest to explore further.
